The decision to publish the bilingual annual report exclusively in the form of an online magazine was based on several considerations. Gilbert Hürsch, Managing Director of WIBS, explains: "We wanted to become more modern, save printing costs and take advantage of the opportunity to include additional images and videos."

Printed reports are limited by character and page restrictions. Digitization allows for more detailed articles in an appealing design. "We wanted our digital annual report to correspond to the classic concept but be more modern. We succeeded perfectly," says Hürsch. The changeover also brings more flexibility. "We used to have the printed annual report in our hands and noticed things that we would have liked to change. Now such adjustments can be made in retrospect with just a few clicks," adds the Managing Director.

"Through tracking, we can now understand which articles are particularly popular. This allows us to improve our strategy for future reports," says Hürsch.

With HubSpot's CRM, WIBS can now also better manage its membership database. "We are confronted with many special cases when it comes to member management. Now we finally have an application that can be adapted to our specific needs. The newsletter function is also a great benefit for us," emphasizes Hürsch. The HubSpot platform offers an intuitive user interface that allows even non-technical users to make adjustments independently.

HubSpot also helps WIBS to communicate with different target groups. "We do a lot of exports for mailings and mailings to various groups. HubSpot offers a wide range of options for this," explains Hürsch. This saves time and resources in the long term.
