AI Strategy Day: From an Open-Ended AI Question to a Prioritised Roadmap
AI will change how Marketing, Sales and Service work in 2026. The key question is no longer whether a company uses AI, but where it can deliver tangible value in everyday work. In just one day, the business4you AI Strategy Day helps you answer that question together with your team, using your actual customer journey as a guide.

What is an AI Strategy Day?
The AI Strategy Day is a facilitated, one-day workshop. By the end, your team will have an AI standard of
its own, a documented customer journey and a prioritised list of specific use cases. It is designed for Marketing, Sales and Service teams that want to see AI as part of a shared way of working, rather than as
a standalone tool. The day is led by two business4you experts and is designed for up to eight participants. It lasts around eight hours.
Why isn’t it enough to simply introduce AI tools?
AI tools only make a difference when a team has the skills and clarity to use them effectively. Introducing tools without a shared direction leads to isolated initiatives instead of measurable improvements. That’s why the AI Strategy Day starts one step earlier: with the team’s mindset, real processes and the points where time, information and quality are being lost today.
What does an AI Strategy Day look like?
The day is divided into a morning focused on getting oriented and an afternoon dedicated to practical work on your customer journey.
In the morning, the team first shares its experiences and attitudes towards AI. Then, in an interactive, hands-on session, participants try things out for themselves and see how quickly an idea can become something concrete with AI. A keynote highlights where AI agents are already working reliably in Marketing and Sales. The morning concludes with the team developing its own AI standards.
In the afternoon, the team maps its current customer journey from lead to loyalty, from first awareness to long-term customer retention. This makes the systems and data behind each stage visible, along with the pain points: wasted time, disconnected systems, stalled handovers and repetitive manual work. The team uses these pain points to identify use cases and prioritise them according to their business value.
What is an AI standard, and why does a company need one?
An AI standard is a concise list of six to ten principles that set out how a company uses AI. It works like a code of conduct, addressing key questions about mindset, data culture, employee skills and external transparency.
It then serves as a guide for operational decisions: which tools to introduce, which use cases to prioritise and how to communicate with employees.
Why is the customer journey from lead to loyalty the common thread?
The customer journey from lead to loyalty shows where AI can make a real difference for customers and teams. Instead of discussing AI in the abstract, the workshop looks at every touchpoint across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding and Service. This reveals where information gets lost during handovers and where there is no complete view of the customer. These are the most effective opportunities for AI.
Who is the AI Strategy Day for?
The AI Strategy Day is designed for Marketing, Sales and Service teams at Swiss SMEs that want a shared starting point for using AI. It’s suitable for companies already using AI in a few areas and looking for more structure, as well as teams that want to get started in a thoughtful, well-informed way. No prior AI knowledge is required.
What will the company get out of it?
After the workshop, the team will understand how its customer journey works today and which areas offer the greatest potential. business4you offers the AI Strategy Day in two formats, which differ in the follow-up work.
Variant 1 of the AI Strategy Day includes workshop documentation with a photo record, a draft AI standard, an overview of the systems and data landscape, and a prioritised list of use cases. Cost: CHF 8,980 excluding VAT.
Variant 2, the AI Strategy Day with an AI Idea Paper, includes all the results from Variant 1 and brings them together in a concise AI Idea Paper. It shows, phase by phase, where AI and AI agents can make a meaningful difference, distinguishes between ready-to-use standard solutions and custom-built AI agents, and translates the findings into an AI roadmap. Cost: CHF 18,980 excluding VAT.
→ The AI Idea Paper is deliberately not a technical feasibility analysis. Questions about system architecture, integrations and effort are addressed in a subsequent in-depth assessment.
